I am service-disabled veteran of the Vietnam war era and NJ homeowner. I recently contacted Active Link, Inc. pursuant to a refinance of my home under the guidelines set forth by the Veterans Administration. I was impressed by the efficiency of the team Active Link assigned to handle my refinancing. They were all very professional and knowledgeable of VA Guidelines. The team consisted of Giavanna Dipillo, Matthew Campbell, Emily Wells, and Rachel Wilbourn. On a scale of 1-5 I rate each of them a 5. However, the Appraiser Reviewer, Sergei Amromin, who appraised my property, and under-valued it $60,000 below the appraised value set six months before his review, I Rate him and his skills as an "Appraiser Reviewer," on a Scale of 1-100, as a 1.
